Academic Performance
Inspire Secondary School is Doing Well Academically.
Our successes, both in discipline and academic are due to our strategy of maintaining high standards of professional conduct. There are no corporal punishments at our school, and therefore, there are very few disciplinary issues. We use rewards often than sanctions to motivate our pupils to learn and behave well.
We conduct inset sessions/workshops at the beginning of every half term for teachers. These help teachers and other workers to remain focused on our main objective - our mission. Our teachers attend professional development programmes outside school whenever possible.
We believe that ‘Learning is itself a learnable craft’; one needs to learn it so they can accomplish it successfully. We teach our pupils how to learn and remain focused on their individual targets (and goals). We instill in them the notion of being a powerful learner (well behaved and with good grades) when at school. They understand that success is a process, and that it’s earned not acquired. We at Inspire, we work while taking into account some leaners’ beliefs and behaviours. These, help many learners to reach their full potential. We practice these behaviours in our everyday life.
We continue to inspire pupils to strive to excellence.
We welcome parents/guardians, NGOs, sponsors and good Samaritans to bring their pupils to Inspire secondary school, so we can learn with them and Inspire each other.
